We are looking for a Warehouse Operative for our new warehouse in Bedford.
The Warehouse Operative's role is to assist the Warehouse Manager with day to day running of the warehouse, to ensure safe inventory, and storage, correctly pick and pack products. The role also focuses on meeting delivery deadlines and ensuring the warehouse is a safe environment to work in.

Requirements
Some previous experience of working in a warehouse environment.
Understand material/stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures.
Able to lift and move boxes, heavy packages, and elements without difficulty and carry out tasks as directed.
Ability to work alone or co-operatively within a team.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in a methodical and tidy manner.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Good understanding of both the spoken and written English Language
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and other specialist stock tracking software - training will be provided)
Understanding of Health amp; Safety Regulations
Honesty, reliability, and an organised, methodical 'can do' approach.
Able to use own initiatives and discuss process improvements.
Forklift Licence - Counterbalance amp; Reach Truck
Able to work flexible hours e. working weekends or out-of-office hours if required ( time in lieu provided).
