The role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced People amp; Culture Business Partner to join our team and support our internal teams in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and delivering on our Vision. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with Senior Leaders and team members to align our people strategies with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of human resources principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving employee engagement and development.

Strategic partnership

  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand their unique needs and challenges related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to leadership teams on people-related matters to drive business success.

Employee relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality, fostering a culture of trust and respect.

Resourcing amp; talent retention

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify resource needs, develop job descriptions, and work with recruitment to execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Implement retention initiatives and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Performance management

  • Support the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and career development opportunities, in line with role matrices.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance issues through coaching, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Learning amp; development

  • Assess training needs across departments and facilitate the design and delivery of learning programs to support employee growth and skill development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development through coaching, mentorship, and training initiatives.

Diversity, equity amp; inclusion (DEI)

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Partner with DEI committees to develop and implement strategies for enhancing diversity and promoting equity within the organization.

HR operations amp; compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations by staying current on legal requirements and advising management on HR policies and practices.
