Including, but not limited to:

  • Support HR initiatives related to organisational change and transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide HR Advice and guidance to leaders and employees to navigate and adapt to changes.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that support the changing needs of the organisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manager employee relation matters in a timely and fair manner.
  • Bring a pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset to HR processes, adapting strategies to meet the dynamic needs of the organisation
  • Balance compliance with flexibility, ensuring HR practices align with business goals.
  • Produce and utilise HR analytics to assess the impact of HR programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating agility and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Work collaboratively with HR team members to ensure efficient and timely delivery of HR services.
  • Line management responsibility for a junior team member.

Requirements

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on change management and transformation
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
  • Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the business
  • Ability to design clear and fair company policies
  • Driven and determined
  • Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
