The Opportunity:

We are seeking a self motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Operations Specialist to join our dynamic skillset within the Platform team. As an Engineering Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising processes and enhancing products within many of our brands and departments.

What will you be doing as Engineering Operations Specialist?

This position involves working closely with various SaaS products to maintain products, ensuring seamless content delivery and maximising the impact of our digital publications. You will be working with a multitude of teams and products, focusing on;

  • SaaS Integration and Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and manage SaaS solutions that align with the digital operations strategy.
    • Integrate SaaS products seamlessly into existing publishing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • End-to-end payment gateways and solutions
  • Understanding and breaking down technical requirements from non technical stakeholders
  • Requirements gathering
  • User Training and Support:
    • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate internal teams on the use of SaaS products and digital workflows.
    • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to digital operations.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an Engineering Operations Specialist who thrives on working with tight timelines and being able to manage multiple projects at once. If you possess a keen understanding of SaaS products, with a drive for clear documentation, we want you to join our innovative team. Here's what we're looking for:

  • SaaS proficiency:
    • Proven expertise in working with a variety of SaaS products related to digital operations and content management.
    • Ability to evaluate, integrate, and optimize SaaS solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Time management skills
    • Shown example of dealing with multiple projects while still showing a keen eye for details.
  • Practiced knowledge of HTML and CSS
    • This is to ensure clear communication with both stakeholders and engineers.
  • Migration experience
    • The ability to have experience with requirements gathering.
    • Ability to show leadership though clear training and onboarding of new products to the wider business
