What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Talent Assistant to provide effective and efficient administration support to the Talent Management team, as well as to internal and external customers.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process from initial contact through to the end of probation, including induction events and working alongside the Recruitment Coordinator to ensure recruitment procedures and documentation are followed.
  • Support the Learning and Development Advisor with running the Learning Management System (LMS) reporting and user management processes.
  • Maintain the Lamp;D budget, working with the Talent Management Business Partner to manage spend and ensure value for money; ensuring that invoicing and contractor payment processes are adhered too and that all negotiated discounts are reported to Procurement;.
  • Support the Talent Management team to develop and organise a range of organisational development/learning events and programmes at all levels of the organisation.
  • Assist the HR team with tasks such as note taking and general administration.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Evidence of competence in administrative processes/procedures.
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of using MS office including Word and Excel, and using a Learning Management System.
  • Ability to work accurately, methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of working with figures e.g. invoices.
  • Experience of researching and preparing reports and statistics.
