Where does this role fit in?

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and passionate marketeer to work as part of a fast-growing Client Services Team at ITG.

Team ITG are responsible for delivering all multi-channel strategy, creative and activation for a range of blue chip B2C brands including Coop, Dixons, Macmillan, Whitbread and many more besides.

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager with some pre-existing marketing (ideally agency) experience, who is excited to be able to contribute to the success of delivering multi-channel campaigns.

This role is to operate under secondment alongside one of our key clients, where you will work as part of the central marketing team, supporting with multi-channel briefing process and project management through to the Team ITG client service team.

  • Retail experience is ideal, along with a customer focused background you will have a service-led mentality, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • You will be highly organised and proactive, with a proven eye for detail.
  • You will be able to demonstrate ability to build and develop relationships at all levels.
  • You will (with instinct and insight) be able to assess the creative to know whether it is on brief and right for client.
  • Delivering amazing client services and building relationships should be part of your DNA.


You will have:

  • Experience in a customer service role for brand and/or retail clients
  • Experience of a multi-discipline agency with a specialism in at least one area.
  • Second-to-none project management amp; organisational skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Computer literate and conversant in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel and Word


You will need to show:

  • Self-motivation, setting your own agenda, managing often conflicting priorities
  • Confidence to lead on communication across platforms this will include a mix of face to face and Teams meetings, as well as email and written communications
  • Management of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Inspiration and engage internal colleagues to get the very best out of them at all times
  • Service-led mentality, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Hungriness to grow service opportunities within the client for ITG
