About our role

Great news! Our Head of Partnerships is having a baby and off on maternity leave. We created this role to fill her shoes until the end of 2024. We are a growing business, there is the potential for a longer term role, but, for the sake of transparency, we cannot commit to that at this stage.

As Partnership Consultant at Triptease, you will directly work with our Co-Founder Charlie Osmond. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for managing global partners, helping shape our strategy and executing partnerships across all of Triptease’s regions and business lines.

You need to be wildly well organized. Charlie is not. So ask yourself whether you’d score in the top 0.1% on ‘organizational capabilities’. Anything less won’t be a good fit. Sorry.

High levels of efficiency and a strong attention to detail are also required. You will manage our partner ecosystem: two dozen key technology vendors in our market. We have clear goals for improving how we work with partners in 2024 and you’ll need to make progress towards them.

You will be heavily involved in evaluating and executing customer/partner opportunities or joint ventures. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the global business unit leaders across all divisions.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy Execution:

  • Work collaboratively with our co-founder to execute Triptease’s partnership strategy across various regions and business lines.
  • Assist in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Project Management of Partnership Initiatives:

  • Support all project management of partnership initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones.
  • Manage key deliverables, including creating analyses, overseeing execution, and identifying next steps in the process flow.

Global Partner Management:

  • Support the management of current and potential global partners to drive the distribution of Triptease’s technology and specific capabilities.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing innovation within the organization.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Provide transaction and analytic support to the Senior Management team, including creating summaries and presentation materials to communicate recommendations.
  • Contribute to developing partnership business case analyses and ensuring seamless execution.

Industry Engagement and Partner Relationships:

  • Assist in managing Triptease’s global industry engagement and partner relationships.
  • Serve as a point of contact for partner companies, coordinating co-investment, co-marketing, co-development, and other activities.

Strategic Initiative Evaluation:

  • Contribute to the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, including joint ventures, licensing, and other partnership activities.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in partnership management or related roles is desirable.
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing technology and/or hotel technology stacks.
  • Ability to handle projects with multiple workst
