The Opportunity:
Clarion is entering an exciting phase in its evolution as it introduces a whole new approach to using data and technology across the group, to support delivering excellent customer outcomes. To strengthen the team, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as a bridge between the business and IT teams, playing a crucial role in ensuring projects align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the business and IT stakeholders to understand current processes and propose recommendations for updated/new processes.
- Gather requirements and create artefacts such as user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
- Do the gap analysis and identify and document pain points in the current process and systems.
- Create and keep all documentation up to date using standard tools and methodologies as agreed with the project team.
- Coordinate with multiple technical teams working on different transformation tracks as required.
- Act as a quality gate for the requirements being delivered.
- Build training documentations and conduct training sessions with internal and business stakeholders.
- Responsible for building strong client partnerships with a strong customer focus.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills amp; Behaviours:
- Experience as an IT business analyst with expertise in business systems requirements, gathering and testing.
- Knowledge of technical architecture and an understanding of process standardisation and change management.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle.
- Business analysis skills and experience across Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate them towards completion of tasks.
- Demonstrable capability of understanding complex technical landscapes.
- Partnering with Stakeholders, with the desire to work cooperatively, and meet mutual goals with input from others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
