Job Description

LEAP leads the world in developing and selling cloud-based legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. LEAP employ more than 600 people globally and have offices in the USA, Australia, and the UK, with more than 57,000 users using our software worldwide.
We are looking for a Family Lawyer to join our highly motivated, high velocity, and growing team in Twickenham on a hybrid work pattern. LawY will provide you with the best training, equipment, mentoring, and support for success.This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new business on the cutting edge of AI technology.

The role will focus on the verification of AI generated family law content and supporting the creation and management of panel of external lawyers to assist in the same. It will also include providing advice on content, development, and product to the executive team. The applicant will further need to be active in beta testing, measuring client satisfaction, and supporting the launch, maintenance and promotion of LawY in the region
Reporting to the CEO of LawY UK, you will work closely with a close-knit team passionate about building a revolutionary legal research tools for lawyers.
Responsibilities And Duties (included but not limited to):
- Ensures the LawY AI generated content is accurate, meets internal standards.
- Ensures all LawY family law content is optimal for the UK market and up-to-date.
- Assist in the management of the panel lawyers used by LawY in family law and potentially other common areas of law.
- Collaborates with other departments and related companies to launch, promote and improve the core product in family law, such as pushing for improvements in the way LawY can help family law firms.
- Collaborate with integration partner products, content team, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure that LawY provides a positive user experience to clients and panel firms.
- Assess and implement family law market feedback
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the needs of Family Law lawyers and ensuring clients use LawY in the best possible way.
- Supports the sales department of LawY and its integration partners nationally including attending seminars etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in law is required
- 8-10 years of experience in family law
- Knowledge of the legal market and legal tech services
- Through understanding the family law practice across the UKand ideally some experience in one or more other practice areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment for a global organisation
- Strong detail orientation, work ethic, and a passion for accomplishing challenging goals
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- A high degree of organizational and self-motivational skillsandideally with a commercial mindset
