We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, professional Recruitment Administrator with excellent attention to detail and a confident telephone manner. As our Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to our recruitment teams through the management of our Applicant Tracking Software, co-coordinating with our external recruitment check partner, calling potential applicants and supporting the management of our online presence through platforms such as Indeed.
As the Recruitment Administrator you will use your knowledge and skills to provide excellent levels of customer service to our teams and applicants, accurate efficient administration and effective concise reports. You will use your expertise to support the management and the optimisation of our recruitment process coordinating with our management teams to ensure our vacancy position is accurate at all times.
This role is primarily based at our Head Office in Nantwich. Hybrid working is available for this role, being able to split your time between working from our central office and working from home after a period of training and Induction.
Working hours - Monday through Friday 39hpw
Rate of pay - 11.40 per hour
