Job Description

boohoo group is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Development Partner to join our dynamic team in the Apparel amp; Fashion industry. As a Senior Talent Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving employee growth and development.

As our Senior Talent Development Partner you will work as part of our People team, reporting into the Head of Talent Development. You will work across the business identifying all development opportunities and you will create fresh and innovative Lamp;D opportunities for the business, from a range of digital solutions amp; face to face. You will be a centre of excellence for digital learning within the Lamp;D team, evolving the spectrum of development opportunities across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head of Talent Development to deliver the Lamp;D strategy
  • Build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts to look for opportunities to implement digital or face to face learning solutions that benefit the business.
  • Digitalise the learner's lifecycle from induction to farewell through a consistent tone of voice and handwriting
  • Create targeted programmes that utilise a blended approach to learning, working with wider Lamp;D team members to deliver the biggest impact for the business
  • Facilitate webinars and face to face training across the Group with a flair for adapting their delivery style
  • Create learning blogs, eBooks, podcasts and bitesize digital resources that inspire our teams to focus on their development and career progression, allowing fast and targeted learning across all levels and departments
  • Drive the completion of all essential digital learning to meet company / legislative requirements.
  • Maintain data reporting, evaluation and tracking metrics to share with various internal stakeholders
  • Partner with external training providers when needed, building strong relationships enable working collaboratively
  • Support the team and Head of Talent with wider projects
  • Design training and engagement materials that support topical business messages and focuses
  • Develop stand-alone content to fit with each unique brand and training need
  • Curate high quality content for our external social channels and showcase relevant content that gives an insight into the Groups people focus
  • Respond with creative training solutions to any HR/business requests
  • Adapt and design learning materials for territories across the globe
  • Deliver the group strategy by managing and directing cohorts, updating the business and driving the new talent pipeline with recruitment team
  • Plan, launch amp; develop the new LMS to be the focal point and portal for all Lamp;D activity that is available across the business. Continuously reviewing the look and feel of the LMS and the learner journey, to make access to learning as simple as possible.
About You

You are creative, curious, innovative, inspirational and keen to release the potential in people, passionate about people and their development throughout their career, from onboarding and induction through a career cycle. You are confident with development for various levels of people in a start-up, agile environment as well as being an innovative problem solver. You are confident to roll-sleeves up and get stuck into detail.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices and learning and development strategies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Use of LMS amp; e-learning authoring tools, video creation software and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure alignment between talent development initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Prior experience in the apparel and fashion industry is a plus.
