Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead and drive the customization, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting complex solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring our Salesforce environment aligns with the strategic goals of our organization. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to the Salesforce development team. Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
- Customisation and Development: Independently design, develop, and implement advanced solutions within Salesforce, utilizing Apex, Lightning, and other advanced technologies.
- Integration: Lead the integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Data Management: Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data migrations, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Complex Problem Solving: Analyse and solve complex technical problems, debug and troubleshoot advanced issues, and optimize system performance.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and scalability. Lead code reviews and ensure the development team adheres to high standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce customisations, configurations, and development activities. Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members.
- User Support: Serve as an escalation point for complex user issues, provide advanced support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay Updated: Stay at the forefront of Salesforce updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring to Pogust Goodhead:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex solutions.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (optional).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
