SUMMARY
The Global Legal Operations department at Euronet Worldwide Inc. supports the legal function by optimising processes, streamlining operations and increasing efficiencies. Our core objective is to deliver value to the business. This is a dynamic role which would suit someone adaptable and interested in the wider business strategy of a corporate Legal Operations department with a passion about technology.

This opportunity combines technical and legal skills and operational and project management abilities. Our ideal candidate is well-rounded with a variety of experience. In this role, you will support Euronet Legal by maintaining and optimising key technology tools like our matter management and contract management systems, maintaining knowledge management resources for the team, and much more.

In addition to Legal, you will work with nearly every team at Euronet, including Finance, IT, Commercial and Tax. If you are solutions-oriented, collaborative, and able to think quickly, communicate clearly, and translate ideas and best practices to results by executing on action plans, this is the right role for you.

Our London offices are situated on the iconic Baker Street and we are currently operating on a hybrid working model.

We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated and details-driven individual to join our growing Legal Operations team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing workflows, procedures and technical solutions to meet the needs of the business and the legal teams.
  • Having an in-depth understanding of the existing systems, legal tools and protocols.
  • Producing reports and presentations in order to further the vision of the Legal Operations department and, when required, preparing materials for meetings with senior management.
  • Responsible for day-to-day supervision of Legal Operations support staff.
  • Ability to project manage and analyse data to make adjustments as and when necessary.
  • Undertaking RFPs and engaging with 3rd party providers to evaluate the viability and application of legal technology.
  • Demonstrating a high proficiency in the use of electronic signature as the right candidate will be involved in the implementation of electronic signature solutions across various territories. Experience with the use of Adobe Sign preferred.
  • Participating in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to deliver on key mandates whilst promoting best practice and furthering the objectives of the department.
  • Supporting with contract lifecycle management systems on an ad-hoc basis where colleagues are absent.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working within the Legal Operations industry and clear ability to demonstrate an ambition to pursue as a career;
  • Solid IT skills, specifically SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, are essential;
  • Solid understanding of corporate and commercial legal concepts and mechanisms;
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in a similar position;
  • Graduated with a minimum of 2:1 at LLB;
  • LPC is preferred but not essential;
  • Experience working in a law firm or in-house department is preferred but not essential.
