Marketing Project Manager - 12 Month FTC (Hybrid)

We are nDreams, one of the world’s leading publishers/developers focused on VR games. As the number and scale of projects continue to grow, we are on the search for a Project Manager within our Marketing team. The successful applicant will own project timelines for upcoming marketing campaigns, while also producing key creative assets and materials. If you are an experienced, collaborative project manager with experience delivering complex projects on time and to budget, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership and management of all marketing schedules and project timelines, ensuring timely delivery across all parts of the marketing team and function.
• Production of marketing assets, developed internally through our creative team and externally through agencies
• Reporting and communication of project status and risks to key stakeholders.
• Work with team managers to support resourcing, ensuring effective prioritisation, and identify and problem solve around time, resource and budget challenges.
• Oversee and maintain the marketing budget tracker.
• Support, empower and mentor team members to take ownership and responsibility for own tasks, projects and deliverables.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative team culture that balances quality execution, agility and effective delivery.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• 3-5+ years’ experience within a marketing/creative production and/or project management role, including at a video game developer or publisher.
• Extensive, demonstrated experience successfully planning and executing multiple, challenging marketing and brand projects simultaneously on time and to budget.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, including an understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and approaches.
• Proven experience both proactively and reactively solving complex project challenges.
• Experience collaborating and negotiating with individuals and teams of different backgrounds, seniorities, and viewpoints, including with game developers.
• Awareness, knowledge and passion for video games and the operational aspects of games publishing.
