We are looking for an inspirational creative leader to join our team. You will inspire a talented team, mentoring, developing and guiding them as you take part in the exciting journey we’re on together.
You’ll represent ITG in front of clients and at new business pitches and will work closely with your fellow CD’s to drive creative excellence across our client mix.
You will be pivotal in helping us deliver transmedia solutions for our base of blue chip B2C and B2B clients across a number of different industries.

Responsibilities will include:
- Line management of a creative team, enthuse and encourage a culture of creative thinking and innovation, embracing new ways of working across our teams
- Create and oversee multi-channel campaigns
- Inspire the team to generate outstanding creative work, coaching, leading by example and support building positive creative culture
- Work alongside the strategy, client service and Ops teams to champion best practice ways of working and better briefing
Requirements
- You have experience of designing, leading a team and art directing
- You have a current understanding of modern technologies, social platforms, apps and the digital world in general
- You have people management experience
- You have a solid portfolio, showcasing idea generation and conceptual thinking
- You have an in-depth understanding of current marketing principles
- You are a decision maker and decisive thinker; you have strong planning and organisational skills
