Freixenet Copestick are searching for a Supply Chain Support Executive to assist the Supply Chain Team by providing support on Customer orders, Customer Invoicing, maintenance of data in Customer Portals and issuing of import and export documentation.
As the Supply Chain Support Executive, you will help our customers get the best Customer experience by supporting the Supply Chain Team in all Supply Chain processes in an effective and efficient way.

Key Responsibilities:
·Work with the Supply Chain Team to provide appropriate responses to Customer and Supplier queries by email and phone.
·Invoicing of all UK Orders through SAP
·Processing of sample orders
·Provide cover for order processing
·Maintenance of Amazon orders and invoices through the Customer portal
·Maintain Customer Non-conformance data bases (Tesco)
·Generate TESCO ASN Labels
·Monitoring of import amp; export documents providing relevant documents to Customs agents
·Send out Customer communication regarding closures and order cut off timings.
·Consolidate and circulate the weekly Customer Service order tracker.
·Attend and contribute to the Supply Chain Daily Huddle and Monthly Review Meeting
Requirements
Experience
·Working in a customer service or order processing environment
·Experience in stock management and order processing systems useful
·Customer facing role either face to face or over the telephone.

·Looking to grow within a fast-moving environment.
·Interest in Food amp; Beverage industry

Working Environment:
·Hybrid working minimum 3 x days in the Newbury office 2 x working from home
·Monday Friday core hours of work between 8am and 6pm
