We're currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Brand amp; Content who shares our commitment to excellence and has a background in driving impactful strategies in content creation and brand development.

Your Role in Our Mission

As the Head of Brand amp; Content, you will play a pivotal role in defining and building the Carmoola brand from the ground up. Leveraging your proven experience in a world-class content company, such as Red Bull, Netflix, AirBnB, Disney etc.

You will bring creativity, confidence, and a clear strategic vision to position Carmoola as a leader in the fintech market.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand and content strategy that resonates with our target audience and establishes Carmoola as an aspirational brand that our customers love and trust!

Your goal will be to craft a narrative that showcases how Carmoola enables customers to embark on exciting journeys, create lasting memories, and seize new opportunities, highlighting the possibilities and freedom that car ownership provides.

Requirements

The Role

In this key leadership role, you will:

Brand Strategy:

  • Develop a compelling brand strategy that reflects Carmoola's values, mission, and unique selling propositions.
  • Define and articulate the brand's positioning, ensuring consistency and creative WOW across all touchpoints.

Content Strategy:

  • Create engaging storytelling and shareable content across various social channels.
  • Develop a content strategy that aligns with Carmoola's brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
  • Drive the production of multimedia content, including articles, videos, infographics, and interactive content, managing a diverse network of creators.

Brand Building:

  • Establish and enhance the Carmoola brand through cost-effective strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Implement innovative and memorable brand campaigns to increase brand awareness and affinity.

Events and Activations:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for utilizing events and activations to promote Carmoola's brand, products, and values.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they provide a memorable and positive brand experience.

Brand Guardian:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and integration across all customer touchpoints.

Measurement and Optimization:

  • Implement metrics and analytics to measure the success and impact of brand and content initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights and industry trends.



Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience (at least 7 years) in a senior brand management role, ideally with a background in a world-class content company.
  • Track record of building and elevating brands, preferably having played a significant role in building a brand from scratch.
  • A natural storyteller, with compelling examples of work that has created a lasting connection with audiences.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative brand and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
