Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Auditor to join our client's team. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting independent financial audits and reviews to assess the accuracy and compliance of financial records and internal controls. You will work closely with clients to identify risks, recommend improvements, and provide valuable insights to enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial audits and reviews of client organizations to assess the accuracy and compliance of financial records and internal controls.
- Evaluate financial processes and procedures to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop audit plans and programs to ensure efficient and effective execution of audit engagements.
- Supervise and guide audit staff during audit engagements.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in external or internal auditing.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and procedures.
- Experience with audit software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
