Role: Digital Marketing Lead
Headlines: Build and run our marketing function with a key focus on acquiring clients and finance talent
Location: We are based in Waterloo (London) with three days a week in the office
Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 plus bonus

The problem: The current go to for start-ups and SMEs is outsourcing their finance function and team to accountancy firms who are very far removed from the business and often simply produce numbers without context.

This means, our clients will have a team IN their business, providing proactive insight, advice and commercial support enabling them to make the right decisions at the right time. We make sure our clients get the finance function they need, when they need it, seamlessly integrated into their business.
Where you will play a part
This is a huge and exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual to be our first ever Marketing hire. This role is ideal for someone who is super motivated, knows what they're doing and can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive the acquisition of both clients and talent.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with our main ones being social media (LinkedIn), email marketing and events.
- Working closely with the founders of the business to manage and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting industry research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop creative content and assets for campaigns.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance using analytics tools and providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

- Over time your knowledge about startups, scaleups and finance talent in the UK will become second to none.
- You'll need to have a plan and be able to implement it and being a self starter is key for sure!
Requirements
You should join us if
- You are passionate about digital marketing and have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- You have previous experience in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- You have a track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs and targets in digital marketing.
- You are data-driven and have strong analytical skills to measure and analyse campaign performance.
You will need
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and particularly in customer acquisition.
- Startup experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn campaign building and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant marketing certifications or qualifications are a plus.
