JOB TITLE: Cleaner

LOCATION: NCR Dundee

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday

WORKING HOURS: 26.5 hours per week

PAY RATE: 10.42 per hour

Cleaning office premises for prestigious Client, includes washrooms kitchens and any surrounding areas.

Main Duties amp; Responsibilities:

- Hoovering/mopping, cleaning washrooms and kitchens

- Carrying out deep cleans as required and using buffers and carpet cleaners training provided

- Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly

- Removing waste, replenishing consumables and supplies and attending reactive jobs (spillages)

- Customer Service as working along Client and Client’s staff

Person Specification:

- Must be well presented and good communicator

- Must have a can-do attitude and polite and approachable demeanour

- Hardworking and proactive, good timekeeping and attendance record

Essential

• Previous cleaning experience preferred with focus on unsupervised work and prioritising workload
• Strong customer service/care and leadership skills

• Problem solving and time management skills desired
• Ability to work to set schedules and on own initiative
• Flexible and proactive attitude essential
• Understanding amp; knowledge of health and safety policies
• Needs to represent ABM values on site by being presentable, uniformed, and helpful at all times Willing to go the extra mile

• Always follow Company Policies and procedures
• Ensure that the work environment and equipment are safe and well maintained
• Identify and correct hazardous conditions
