Job Description

This position holds accountabilities for all aspects of stock process and control. This is a vital role for Blackline Safety Europe, with a focus on running the stock team and fulfilling orders as quickly, safely, and completely inside process as possible. The main objective of the Stock Department is to ensure our customers always have access to the products they need and can be reassured all products are shipped out with high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the stock room team, ensuring safety and compliance with established protocols.
  • Performance management, including recognition of KPI achievement and performance improvement based on metrics feedback.
  • Responsible for all parcels coming into/out of the warehouse.
  • Booking in stock from HQ and performing relevant QA checks.
  • Managing inventory to ensure optimum stock levels.
  • Pulling a daily report of outstanding sales orders and fulfilling from oldest to new.
  • Working with couriers to ship and resolve logistic queries.
  • Carrying out QA checks on all products when needed.
  • Performing cycle stock checks.
  • Ensuring accurate stock rotation, FIFO.
  • Requesting intercompany purchase orders.

Skills/Qualifications/Education:

  • Previously worked in a warehouse/fulfillment role.
  • Ability to lead by example, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to solve customer problems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to considerable variety and changes in priority in the workplace.
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate in all work activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experienced with CRM/ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Dangerous goods trained, ADR and IATA, preferred.
