We are looking for an experienced, part-time contractor, UX Copywriter to join our team! You will play a pivotal role in bringing our app to life, engaging our users with captivating language and compelling storytelling. Working closely with our design team and collaborating with designers, researchers, and product managers, you will be the voice of our UX writing, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience to our users.
To help you best prepare, we’ve outlined the interview process for this role, we aim to have this process completed within 3 weeks:
- 30 minute google meet with our People and Talent Coordinator
- 45 minutes hour google meet for a portfolio review with our Head of Design
- 1 hour google meet call to meet some of the team
Requirements
About you:What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in writing, UX writing, marketing or related for a startup or agency.
- Experience developing Information Architecture for product suites that include localisation.
- Expertise in crafting UX-focused product writing and moulding app content.
- Excellent creative writing skills to craft engaging copy that captures the user.
- Experience on how to use user-data to provides informed user insights
- Familiarity with UX researching principles and practices
- You are able to transform complex ideas into clear and straight-forward messages.
- Familiarity with Web3 and the fintech space.
- Experience writing CRM, from emails to push notifications.
- Exceptional language skills (english) with a bonus (Brazilian-Portuguese).
- Experience in collaborating Cross-functionally
- Portfolio highlighting UX product writing samples and style guidelines. Knowledge of mobile tech and tools
