The Waste Management Coordinator manages all aspects of administration work for new business mobilisations supporting both Business Development and Account Managers.

Your core responsibilities
- Ensure that correct business processes are followed for successful mobilisation of new business up to 9M
- Accurate and timely completion of forms and accurate recording of documents
- Follow all auditable procedures (such as checklists) and ensure they are completed within the deadlines set
- Find solutions for sites where Biffa are unable to service directly amp; liaise with Supply Chain to find profitable sub-contracted work
- Importing data from Excel into the in-house database
- Setting up new and amending existing contracts and purchase orders
- Liaising with the Business Development Managers/Account Managers to ensure we meet the customer needs and requirements throughout mobilisation
- Liaise with the customer at a head office and site level
- Maintain a running update of all projects within the shared folders, including all revenue details on Mobilisation schedules

Our essential requirements
- Minimum 2 years administration experience with a customer focused attitude
- Confident with all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven track record of working to clearly defined KPI’s
