What are we looking for?
All candidates should have a passion for helping our clients navigate transformational change; create a differentiated enterprise enabled by SAP/S4. We are looking for smart, self-driven, high-energy people with top-notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity.
What do we require?
The Candidate should have a rare blend of industry domain, process, technical and consulting skills. Industry domain expertise can be in one or more areas of Life sciences, Retail and CPG, Manufacturing, and Energy amp; Utilities. Process expertise can be in one or more ERP enables processes such as such as record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to make etc. Technical expertise should be deep enough to create and translate business transformation architecture into SAP product requirements and go on to lead delivery teams through all phases of the transformation program. Consulting skills should entail client relationship management, effective executive communication, critical thinking all packaged in a consultative approach with our clients. Additional skills that are highly desirable include ERP value realization, process re-engineering, design thinking and agile delivery experience.
Requirements
The successful candidate shall possess:
•Multiple years of consulting experience (preferably top-tier ) in ERP driven transformation skills in the Lifesciences , Retail, Manufacturing or Energy verticals
•Experience in industry and a proven track record of leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
•Must have experience in S/4 Program management and/ or hands on experience on implementation of 2-3 S/4 HANA process areas (such as record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to make etc.)
•Expertise in business process redesign and business value realization
•Hands on experience in one of the following SAP current key focus areas: PP, QM, FICO as functional stream lead in charge of configuration and/or leading a team (role dependent)
•Experience of supporting complex programs across work-streams, setting priorities, managing and monitoring schedules, developing relevant tools and templates
•Experience in developing proposals, building tools and accelerators for S4/ HANA projects
•Ability to build engaging client presentations (Expertise on MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
•Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels, processes, and exposure to global best practices, and trends desired.
•Appreciation and understanding of Disruptive digital technologies
•Experience in Value realization/ benefits tracking desirable
•Business proficiency in English; additional European language would be a plus (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
