As our Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role for the business and will offer the opportunity to be involved in all short and long term commercial decision making including sourcing, pricing and marketing
Responsibilities include:
- Providing commercial insight and analysis to drive category performance
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for all commercial Pamp;L lines
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities with the Commercial Director and buying team
- Understanding our customer shopping habits and putting them at the heart of commercial decision making
- Support of ad-hoc projects across the business as we continue to grow
Requirements
About You
- Qualified accountant or finalist (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines
- Good excel skills and ability to turn data into insight and meaningful action
- Experience and enjoyment of working in a commercial environment. Retail or food manufacturing experience would be great but not essential
- Team player, able to form relationships and work well with people
