We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Project Manager to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to Supply Chain Continuous Improvements Manager and be a member of the Global Supply Chain department.

The core responsibility of the of the Supply Chain Project Manager is to lead the implementation of Supply Chain projects from inception to stabilisation and benefits delivery within the E2E Supply Chain, with a focus to deliver increased customer service, efficiency and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leadership of key supply chain projects supporting supply chain strategic priorities. For example: supply chain responsiveness, inventory optimisation and increasing planning capability. Provides support until initiatives have stabilised ensuring improvements implemented are sustainable and deliver expected benefits.
  • Work within our Continuous Improvement framework and take a proactive approach in identifying areas for development along with solutions.
  • Accountable to and works with the CI Manager to translate the strategy into a robust, plan of key cross-functional initiatives with clear go/no go decision points and associated milestones including critical path and sub-functional plans.
  • Clearly define the scope of each project, along with detailed plans, tasks, dependencies and resources to ensure successful delivery. On project completion execute lessons learnt / project review to ensure objectives were delivered and knowledge captured to develop future best practise.
  • Manage project actions, risks and issues effectively, ensuring mitigations and resolutions are in place to minimise impact on the operation and our patients.
  • Ensure effective communication strategies are in place for key stakeholders and sponsors including project reporting and review boards.
  • Provide accurate and timely tracking and reporting of project status against defined deliverables and milestones.
  • Identify potential areas of conflict across workstreams, business units or between projects and manage or escalate appropriately.
  • Establish and maintain influential and effective relationships with key stakeholders, customers and support areas.

Requirements

SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE

  • High level knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, Demand amp; Supply Planning)
  • Exceptional communicating and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the company
  • Excellent project management and planning skills, with experience of successfully delivering business change into operational, customer focussed environments
  • Excellent data literacy with a good understanding of supply chain metrics
  • Experienced in relationship building, influencing and managing diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, self-starter and a quick learner
  • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing and team-working skills
  • Flexible and self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership for quality of work and impact
  • Experience working with Continuous improvement amp; Lean methodologies
  • Proficient user of Microsoft office applications (Project, Teams, Word, Excel, Power BI, Visio, PowerPoint and relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP/JDE)
