We are seeking an experienced, proactive Marketing Assistant to help us keep growing and support the commercial team in bringing quantum into the hands of humanity. • 25,000 - 35,000 per annum salary

The Role

As a fast growing deep-tech company our day-to-day schedules can change quickly. Within this role, you will get exposure to a variety of marketing activities such as events and social media, as well as receiving all the support you need from the marketing team to help you grow. You will report into our Market Specialist, working closely on running projects and events. Here are a few key things you can expect to help on:

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
• Help organise and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
• Write and edit content for different platforms such as X and LinkedIn
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing activity

Skills + experience

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
• Excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with social media, email marketing and events management

• 1+ years experience in marketing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (X, LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus (e.g. Hootsuite, Canva)
