The Opportunity Vehicle Data Analyst
We are looking for a Data Analyst with experience in either the automotive parts aftermarket or the vehicle industry to join our VRM data team.
The VRM team is responsible for developing our vehicle registration dataset, researching new vehicle data and working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver data suitable for the diverse product range offered by Infopro Digital Automotive.
Job Function
Data Development
·Research and development of vehicle data to be included in Infopro Digital Automotive’s VRM datasets
·Maintain links between industry datasets
·Test and peer review data and data links
·Source and validate vehicle data
Support
·Providing support in line with agreed procedures to the Customer Support team regarding queries raised on data issues.
·Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers internal stakeholders on a consistent, ongoing basis.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
·A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in the automotive industry
·Demonstrable experience in using Microsoft Excel to an advanced level
·Demonstrable experience in using Microsoft Access or writing SQL queries
·You should have a head for problem solving, allowing you to identify and create solutions to data related issues
Desirable Skills and Experience
·Automotive parts aftermarket experience
·Experience working with other motor industry datasets
