Job Description:
Daily Tasks:- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Budgeting Support: Contribute to the budgeting process, providing detailed analysis and insights to guide departmental budgets.
- Variance Analysis: Perform regular variance analysis to identify discrepancies between projected and actual figures, highlighting areas of concern or opportunity.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenditures, providing recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Preferably in an SME.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
