Join our Digital Hype Planning team to contribute to the creation of exciting products.
The Digital Hype Planning team is responsible for planning and coordinating Hype activities across ecommerce platforms, including Hype drops from key partnerships.
The Planning team is involved in campaign execution at all stages. On this team you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver the ultimate hype consumer experience across markets and platforms.
Our responsibility is to give clarity around what will launch when and how. We then ensure all elements are brought together in time for a smooth execution.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, collect feedback, and address it within the team
- Assist with presentation preparation for internal and external team meetings
- Identify and implement process improvements (in partnership with Market and Global teams)
- Effectively coordinate people and resources
- Communicate updates to the wider business
- Provide planning support to enable campaigns amp; product launches
- Support the execution and completion of project plans
- Assist with maintaining and tracking team tasks
Requirements
- Student of Business, eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, Digital or a related field
- Fluent in English (written amp; spoken)
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2024 March 2025
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies.
- Attention to details, quick comprehension, good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong interest amp; passion for Lifestyle amp; Fashion
