As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing the key clientrelationships in the company. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the top accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will becrucial in fostering long-term partnerships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Regularly review account performance and provide reports to clients
  • Upsell and cross sell products and services

Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management or related filed
  • Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Proactive and highly motivated
  • Experience within the PPE / Workwear industry would be beneficial but not essential

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
