Job Description

Caxton Payments Ltd is looking for a Corporate Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Corporate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our corporate clients. Your main objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, promote product adoption, and drive client retention and expansion.

In this role you will help our Payroll customers exceed their expectations and will involve owning a high value book of Payroll clients. You will help businesses reduce their costs and admin associated with all company payments, employee expense management and ultimately increase revenue and client loyalty.

  • Manage a portfolio of payroll clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Understand client requirements and provide expert advice on all Caxton's payment and expense management solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Promote product adoption and drive usage of Caxton's offerings
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of accounts
  • Monitor and analyze client usage and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client activities and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the corporate payments or financial services industry
  • Experience with B2B Enterprise accounts
  • Experince in contract negoatiation
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and tools
  • Knowledge of the payments and expense management industry is highly desirable
