Salary: 25,000 + quarterly bonus (OTE 30K)

Requirements
About the role:
We are currently seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join our Operations team. As a Mortgage Administrator, your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire life cycle of commercial mortgage applications, from submission to completion. This role involves maintaining regular communication with lenders and conveyancers to obtain timely updates on customer applications, and promptly addressing any related requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for informing all relevant parties about the application's progress and documenting all actions in the system.
Day to day you will be:
- Reporting to the Head of Secured Lending.
- Managing a pipeline of mortgage applications, ensuring good customer outcomes by following all processes from submission to completion.
- Keeping customers updated, and taking necessary actions to conclude their applications in a timely manner.
- Building collaborative working relationships with mortgage brokers, colleagues, lenders, and conveyancers to deliver great customer outcomes.
- Ensuring all systems are updated throughout the mortgage and/or protection transaction.
- Following all internal and regulatory processes to maintain compliance.
- Providing periodic reports to Senior Management, and updating them on the pipeline and progress of all live deals.
About you:
- Experience in mortgage administration, with commercial experience being a plus.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced business environment is required.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Word, and Excel
- The ideal candidate should be ambitious, approachable, and target-driven, constantly striving to achieve and exceed goals.
- Confidence, a can-do attitude, and strong organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
