About the team

The Loqate global marketing team is a strategic function within the Loqate business unit. The team is responsible for driving revenue and building the Loqate brand across our core markets. With global responsibilities, the team is distributed across the USA, UK and Europe. The product marketing function within this team are responsible for taking our products to market and telling compelling value-based stories to our core audiences and markets.

The role

As a member of our Product Marketing team, you are responsible for communicating the value, features and benefits of our products through compelling storytelling to drive adoption.You will have experience in a high-growth SaaS business, will thrive in fast-paced and product-led environment. This role is part of a growing team responsible for scaling the business throughout core regions and launching into new international markets.

A core focus and priority of this role is sales enablement. With global sales and customer success teams, we need you to work with other product marketing team members to ensure every one of our GTM team can articulate the value of Loqate.

What you will do

  • Craft high-level product positioning and messaging for a diverse set of buyers across all use cases
  • Create and manage adoption campaigns for product features to drive usage post-launch
  • Enable our regional marketing teams with quality product content for all use cases and buyer journey stages
  • Educate and enable the global sales teams on product offerings and customer value
  • Create new and manage existing marketing programs (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, data sheets, white papers, etc.) that articulate the benefits of the product and/or feature
  • Conduct customer and market analyses to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
  • Work closely with the product management and delivery team to ensure accurate representation of the customer product roadmap
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our products
  • Establish KPIs and report on your success

What we're looking for

  • An experienced B2B tech product marketing professional
  • A strong story-teller, who is able to take complex product information, and turn it into compelling messaging that will inspire our target audiences
  • A journalistic approach to content creation. Curiosity is going to be key and your ability to draw out information from others.
  • Passion for taking products to market and enabling predictable and scalable growth
