As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and initiatives. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, filing, and data entry
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Coordinate training programs and ensure training materials are prepared and delivered effectively
- Assist in employee performance management processes, such as tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information
- Maintain HR database and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Basic understanding of HR principles and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
