As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and initiatives. • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, filing, and data entry
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Coordinate training programs and ensure training materials are prepared and delivered effectively
• Assist in employee performance management processes, such as tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers
• Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information
• Maintain HR database and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
• Basic understanding of HR principles and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
