As we scale our business across the UK, we are looking for a proven Senior Technology Recruiter to join our global TA team within our Central London office.

You will make an impact to the growth and success of our business within the UK. You will act as a brand ambassador and use your skills in Talent Acquisition to identify, attract and secure the top talent in the market.

You will be responsible for proactively sourcing top talent for a range of roles across software development, data engineering, delivery and product management.

You should be adaptable and have the ability to hunt top talent across other areas / regions of the group if the need arises.

• Support our local leadership team in all recruitment matters.
• Drive quality over quantity when presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong active pipeline of talent (including passive talent).
• Manage the interview process from screen to offer stage.
• Inform the business of high performing talent on the market.
• Maintain a high close rate.
• Maintain our low TTH time to hire target.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide a consultative role to hiring managers.
• Provide talent insights so the team knows happening in the market.

Requirements

About you

• 6+ years of hands-on talent sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience in technology (ideally in the data / software engineering space)
• Track record of identifying and attracting high performing talent
• Consultative and empathetic approach (high EQ) in establishing and developing key stakeholder relationships (local amp; global)
• You would have gained experience across either agency and/or internal recruitment
• Solid understanding of the local market and a strong personal network
• A strong background in hands-on hunting and attracting passive candidates
• Background in building talent pipelines
• Highly skilled in Linkedin Recruiter
• Seasoned skills within headhunting / executive search
• Proactive style of recruitment (not relying on applications)
• (bonus) Experience in recruiting for a Data Consulting or Technology consulting company
