Job Description

The MarTech Training Manager is a key player in ensuring the successful adoption of our CMS and CRM platforms across markets. Serving as the central point of contact for the CMS, this role drives adoption and transformation to set up customers for success. The role demands a professional with exceptional customer relationship management skills, technical acumen, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions for local marketing users.

Lead the creation and updates of core training materials, including videos and presentations.

Demonstrate new platform functionalities to internal teams and regional marketing teams.

Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day platform-related questions.

Initiate and implement a comprehensive training program for new starters.

Drive engagement, usage, and understanding of user challenges as the platform ambassador.

Bridge communication between technical teams and delivery/marketing teams when new features and enhancements become available.

Liaise with Account Managers and regional leads to address training concerns, gaps, and promote new features.

Manage and Monitor new users within the CMS platform

Demonstrate expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) and Hubspot.

Provide in-depth knowledge and guidance on CMS and Hubspot-related inquiries.

Requirements

Deep working knowledge of CMS platforms with a technical mindset.

Passion for digital marketing and proven success in managing customer relationships and technical projects.

Good knowledge of core digital marketing principles.

Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and self-motivation.

A strong command of the English language.

Excellent organisational, presentation, and communication skills.

Adaptability and ability to excel in high-stress situations.

Ability to simplify complex explanations to match an audience’s skill level.
