A fantastic opportunity to join our growing, fast-paced Inbound Sales Team.

As Web Sales Executive, you will convert leads, provided by our Marketing and Web teams, into sales. Working towards realistic targets and KPIs you will respond to all marketing and web customer enquiries, ascertaining the customers requirement and selecting the correct Fuel Card product to close the sale.

Our current Web Sales Executives have come from a varied background so you won’t need to have knowledge of the fuel card industry to be successful as we will provide you with full training and support to become a subject matter expert, enabling you to give the best advice to our customers.

Duties amp; Responsibilities:

• Respond to and convert hot leads from web and marketing teams.
• Maintain a full understanding of our products.
• Encourage use on the fuel cards and promote additional products.
• Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Log information on calls and update all customer records on the CRM system.
• Make sure call back’s/courtesy calls are up to date.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Requirements

• Previous experience within sales or customer service preferred but not essential.
• A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and an excellent communicator.
• Willingness to learn about call techniques, our products and services.
• Inquisitive nature, eager to learn more about our customers and their businesses.
• A desire to talk on the phone with a confident telephone manner.
