Our software empowers engineers to model, capture and manage information in a single accessible and trusted form, so they can use it to deliver projects, operations and industrial transformation.

This role will involve working closely with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction and an on-time / on-budget delivery, whilst maintaining a focus on project deliverables in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Here’s what the role looks like:

  • Management of multiple projects, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Establishing a detailed knowledge and understanding of project requirements.
  • Managing the technical scope of work in-line with that agreed in the proposal.
  • Provide planning and technical guidance, delivering to the agreed project schedules.
  • Demonstrate understanding and provide guidance for engineering management solutions to both clients and Sword colleagues.
  • Report on project specific progress on both ‘% complete’ and ‘estimate to complete’ metrics and proactively highlight risk factors with the Data Factory Team.
  • Line Management and day to day support of colleagues within the team.

Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:

  • Information Management knowledge covering: design, as built and commissioning information across a spectrum of trade disciplines for Brown Field and Green Field Projects.
  • Good working knowledge of the process sectors, specifically Oil amp; Gas industry, to include EPC’s and Owner Operators.
  • A background within engineering, coupled with the ability to apply this knowledge within the Information Management field.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with clients at all levels of seniority, providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Capable of developing high quality, concise, clear documentation in support of projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Previous Line Management experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
