This long term contract engagement is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world class team on a major international programme of work. This engagement can be performed remotely within the UK and based Outside of IR35.

Here's what the role will look like:

  • Work with Contractor and Project Stakeholders to ensure alignment between Project Information Requirements and contractual terms and conditions.
  • Participate along with the other Project Information Management functions in project kick-off meetings, to ensure requirements are conveyed and understood.
  • Support third parties in the creation of the Project Information Management Delivery Plan as the Lead reviewer, ensure each Project IM function reviews and provides comments and final approval.
  • Chair and Facilitate monthly Information Management meetings between the water sector IM team and the PMC IM team.
  • Drive third parties to deliver information in line with both the approved Information Delivery Plan and the project stage gate process.
  • Work with third parties to ensure monthly reporting metrics meet the needs of teams and Project Information Management
  • Work with the other IM functions to ensure monthly metrics reflect progress and ensure identified issues are resolved.
  • Focal point for third parties Request for Information, ensuring the correct Project IM Lead review and approve/reject.
  • Manage and coordinate a complete and timely project close-out, data handover, archiving activities.
  • Support the other Project Information Management Leads in identifying Scopes for variation orders or alternative methods of closing gaps in deliverables against Operational needs.
  • Manage action lists etc. on behalf of all the Project Information Management Leads on activities to close out projects.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Experience working in Information Management within Energy Projects, such as Oil amp; Gas, Nuclear, Water, Renewables etc.
  • Experience working in an environment where contractors are responsible for the design and build of Assets.
  • A solid understanding of the requirements for overall Project Information Management to understand the tasks required to both deliver the information against contractual requirements and to support the Information Management Leads in the resolution of issues.
  • Experience of progressive then final handover process between the contractor and the owner.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management skills and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to recognize opportunities for compromise where required.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Previous experience working with Document Control, BIM ISO 19650 amp; CFIHOS would be an advantage.
  • Solutions based with strong planning, organisational and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Well-developed skills across the Microsoft suite, accustomed to measuring, reporting, and presenting information.
