The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join Quantexa’s talented People amp; Talent team. You will be managing all aspects of the people agenda for the Delivery team whilst working closely with the wider Quantexa People team.

You’ll be in your element working in a fast-paced, customer and people first culture where you can make a real impact on the lives of our colleagues and the Delivery management team.

You’ll need to be hands-on with a breadth and depth of experience. Don’t think traditional HR we want people who want to push the traditional norms and deliver value-add people focused solutions which solve real business issues or, better still, avoid the usual barriers that hamper business and people from delivering their very best.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with our Chief Services Officer and his senior team and be the key point of contact for all people topics in our Delivery Team
  • Advise and drive focus on critical activities such as review cycles, performance management and engagement
  • Lead the People Business partnering team on delivering the 2024-2025 roadmap.
  • Work with the wider People Team implementing solutions that really work and help our talent deliver their very best and reach their full potential
  • Find imaginative solutions and be a people champion who can balance the commercial and people agendas
  • Provide insightful data and support for the Talent, Employee Experience, Lamp;D and People Operations teams and work in partnership with them to roll out our people agenda for your business ‘customers’
  • Partner with external vendors/advisors and Legal team to review our compensation, immigration, employment practises
  • Experienced with business transformation/change management with a track record of managing the people workstream

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record of working as a true business partner in creative, non-traditional workplaces where your work has delivered business impact
  • Experience with professional services / project based teams is highly welcomed
  • Fast paced, multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive and solutions oriented with a strong coaching style
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership skills, developing teams, sharing knowledge and your wealth of experiences from previous roles
  • Time management and planning skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Ability to be flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving results-orientated environment. Plus be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work on own initiative and offer new ideas
  • Personal commitment to improving one’s own knowledge and sharing best practice with colleagues
  • Strong IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint amp; Word
