This is an exciting opportunity to join ITG on a 6-8 week internship working with one of our amazing clients, Mamp;S!
This role will give you an opportunity to gain on the job experience within a Marketing Retail environment. You will be involved in the support of Marketing, Production and Photography at Mamp;S. This role requires organisation, flexibility, attention to detail and most importantly a ‘Can do’ attitude.
You will be helping the Marketing Executives with pre-production and post-production for shoots and asset documents. Including sample packing amp; logistics, organising deliveries, maintaining the storage space, and post shoot organisation of product samples. You will be creating shoot sheets on Media Centre our tech platform, including pulling together accurate product information and formats, to supply to Production before shoots. Creating and populating select packs for image selection and asset packs to support all channels.
Some of what you'll get involved in:
- Supporting across the sample management, delivery of pre- and post-shoot production and the asset planning / approval process
- Attending weekly check-ins and liaising with various key stakeholders in the business to source accurate information for the team for upcoming shoots and projects
- Adhering to critical path deadlines throughout the production process
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with multiple Marketing stakeholders and have regular informal catchups on project status.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- You’ll be an organised individual, who loves to collaborate and is proactive.
- You can demonstrate that you’re a quick learner, and an ability to get up to speed quickly.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ideally, you’ll have an interest in shoots amp; retail.
- You understand the importance of customer service, you’ll be working alongside our client and delivery is paramount.
