Job Description

ITG is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager who will oversee the execution of prominent retail print marketing projects using our workflow system for our Clarks account.

As the newly appointed Senior Account Manager, you will take charge of your own assignments and assume accountability for customer service provision, operational efficiency, and administrative effectiveness. This role entails the day-to-day responsibility of giving instructions for artwork, printing, and file uploading on the online systems, with support from the Account Director and Brand Guardian.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the customer by maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.
  • Manage stakeholder/client relationships at all levels, ensuring efficient and effective communication with all parties throughout the duration of a project.
  • Accurately managing information from the customer, formulating allocations, production and artwork briefs
  • Manage requests for quotations, adhering to agreed KPIs.
  • Used to working with large complex allocations and managing store fittings data.
  • Maintain detailed job history and track of costs.
  • Producing client CPA‘s, manage timings and the successful delivery of projects
  • Manage the upload of files to online systems.
  • Ensure any queries are responded to accurately and promptly.
  • Work closely with colleagues in supporting daily operations with regards to workflow and best practice
  • Ensure projects are completed and dispatched to pre-agreed schedules, right first time every time.
  • Work closely with suppliers on campaign timings and deliveries and identify potential savings and innovation opportunities.
  • To lead on the review process at the end of each project, ensuring results and learnings are captured to help inform future work.
  • To proactively engage with and lead on ways of working discussions and improvements in processes.
  • Press passing campaigns prior to dispatch.
  • Manage and deal with all store queries relating to your projects that come through to the POS helpline.
