Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager, with experience in Invoice Finance or the broader financial services industry. We are looking for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and has the drive to deliver the companies long term vision for sales, customer engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

In a Nutshell, we want someone

  • Who’s passionate about sales and enjoys a high energy sales environment
  • Who has a minimum of four years’ experience selling financial products, with an existing network of introducers
  • Who has demonstrable experience in business development, selling financial products within the Fintech/Invoice Finance industry
  • Who loves a good challenge, with the ambition and drive to manage multiple deals in a high-pressure, fast moving environment
  • Who has evidence of achieving revenue targets and contributing to business growth
  • Who’s comfortable promoting the benefits of Satago’s products to senior decision makers at prospective clients and introducers

Key Things You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for identifying, building and managing a pipeline of leads, whilst having the ability to close warm and hot leads referred by our introducers
  • You will have in-depth knowledge of our products and services and be able to confidently walk prospects and partners through our platform in detail during demos and pitches
  • You will collaborate closely with marketing, product and sales to help promote the Satago brand and offering. Providing valuable feedback (based on your conversations with prospects) to guide product roadmap and improve the customer experience
  • You will independently manage conversations with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, investing your time into these relationships to create long term value for all parties
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and driving your introducer network
  • You will keep up to date with innovations and trends within the FinTech and SME industries and attend regular networking events
