RVG is on the lookout for an Operations Project Manager, to own and inform a programme of minor works across our all RV retirement communities, including service charge funded PPM works and apartment refurbishments. You will be required to travel regularly to our villages so a valid driving licence is a must.
What will you be doing?
- To appoint and performance manage a framework of contractors and consultants to deliver outstanding services.
- To provide technical expertise, innovation and sustainability improvements to ensure the programme delivers best value for residents and RV.
- To support the ambition and operation of RVG, you are an individual who is self-sufficient, driven and capable of delivering outstanding projects with the constraints of working on operational villages.
- Ensure that our villages are well maintained and drive a significant revenue stream in apartment refurbishments.
- Lead the appointment and management of external technical and construction related consultants.
- To produce, own and deliver a programme of apartment refurbishment.
- To deliver projects within the programme plan, ensuring adequate requirements for health and safety, cost, quality and duration.
- To manage the pre-construction processes for all projects.
