Pineapple are recruiting for a great new opportunity as Marketing Manager with our associated company Workagile.

HOURS: 7.30AM 4.30PM

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts to the next level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with WorkAgile's business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct continuous market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
  • Product Promotion: Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote WorkAgile's commercial furniture products, emphasising their unique features and benefits.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the WorkAgile brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimise online marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and whitepapers.
  • Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, trade publications, and media outlets to secure positive press coverage.
  • Event Planning: Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase WorkAgile products and network with potential clients.
  • Marketing Analytics: Utilise data analytics tools to track and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, optimising resource allocation.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential customers.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide necessary tools and materials.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to engage existing customers, including loyalty programs, newsletters, and surveys.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable): Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to marketing team members.
  • Compliance: Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing campaigns.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Explore and implement CSR initiatives in line with the company's values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a related industry.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial furniture industry trends is a plus.
