Freixenet Copestick are a major player in the UK’s drinks market and the leading supplier of Sparkling wine. The company boasts an extensive portfolio across Still Wine, Sparkling Wine, Beer and Spirits.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to help support the business to enable maximum growth. Your role will be to support the Finance managers and team in producing their reporting to tight deadlines and ensuring supplier invoices are processed in a timely manner whilst working with individuals across the business at all levels. Key Responsibilities

· Maintaining various Excel spreadsheets for the department

· Processing purchase invoices using SAP accounting system

· Reconciling supplier accounts

· Maintain digital and physical financial records

· Providing administrative support to the team

· Liaise with account managers on sales reporting and invoice queries

· Establish excellent working relationships with other departments

· Special projects as requested by the senior finance managers

· Manage accounts Payable inbox

· Liaise with suppliers re invoices

· Supplier accounts administration

· Expense processing on aCloud, training new employees adding new employees on aCloud

· Support Bolney transition and integration

· Audit support

· Workflow testing

· Holiday cover

· Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

· Attention to detail is vital for this role

· Minimum 1-2 years experience working in an Accounts payable role

· Working experience of ERP system (SAP is preferable)

· AAT qualification is an advantage

· Previous experience working in the drinks industry is an advantage

· Intermediate excel skills

· Strong attention to detail, organised and results-oriented

· Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player

· Analytical and multitasking skills

· Able to flex and adapt to the changing needs of the business within a Finance role
