About the role

Join our Product Training team based in our Brighton office, where you will provide administrative support to the UK training team. You will be responsible for organising and managing our training workshops in the UK, produce reports of these sessions and events which will also include different countries.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has some experience in administration that is highly organised, enjoys analysing data and building tangible reports and providing key support to the team.

  • To be responsible for booking training at customer site premises, 3rd party venues and the Paxton Head Office.
  • Book and negotiate with 3rd party venues for space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audio-visual equipment, event signs and serve as liaison with vendors on training related matters.
  • Keep an accurate record of the overall costs associated with all events, for global training activities and to monitor figures for customer training at Paxton Head Office and in the field, including total companies and total customers trained.
  • Process Learning Management System requests, resolve issues and provide reporting where required and be the point of liaison for all matters regarding the Learning Management System.
  • Manage bookings and transportation of training equipment and supplies for the UK team.

What are we looking for?

  • Good experience in an administrative role, with demonstrable experience of being highly organised and excellent skills using MS Excel etc.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
