We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join a dynamic team. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Responsibilities:

• People management
• HR administration
• Customer service issue escalation
• Customer Delight Program ambassador
• Managing technical enquiries
• Progressing paused and back orders
• Liaising with other departments Operations and Sales/Account management
• Courier amp; Transport management
• Product Quality Issues, tracking amp; reporting
• Tracking amp; improving enquiry response times
• Product training program
• Quote follow up
• CS Procedure compliance amp; maintenance
• New starter onboarding
• Ability to do the day job to cover sickness, holidays etc.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in customer service software and tools
• Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers with professionalism

Salary- 40,000- 45,000
