We see potential in every individual regardless of: race, ethnic origin or nationality; religion or belief; physical or neuro-ability; socio-economics or age; marital, domestic or civil partnership status; sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic that makes you well, you.
We are committed to conscious inclusion to create a sense of belonging, connection and shared purpose within our teams. We know it’s the right thing to do, and we know it will make us all happier, fulfilled, and successful in our work. What’s it all about?
You will own and lead the retention of ~100 to ~150 existing school accounts; nurturing great school relationships and deepening our strategic partnerships to leverage additional growth opportunities.
You will provide your accounts with strategic advice, acting as a consultative, trusted advisor on the most high-value touch points throughout the journey to drive programme success. Your proactive and targeted account management will drive growth and loyalty to hit our north star retention goals.
The Education Partnerships Manager sits within the B2B Partnerships Team as part of the Existing Business team. The Partnerships Team comprises retention, new business, and marketing squads that work closely and collaboratively.
Currently, there are nine members of the Existing Business team. Collectively they are responsible for confirming renewal of our tuition school contracts each academic year, onboarding schools onto their tuition programmes, and overseeing successful implementation.
The Education Partnerships Manager reports to our Senior Partnerships Manager (Key Accounts).
